About the Job

We are looking for a Civil Siteworks Foreman to join our team; you will work alongside our civil siteworks team, including labourers and operators working on various land development and civil siteworks projects throughout Mid Canterbury.

As a Civil Foreman, you will play a key role in our 'Done Right' approach to projects - big or small. Civil siteworks projects will include subdivisions, foundations, driveways, carparks, service connections, drainage and much more. Understanding our clients' needs, you and the team will help deliver the right outcome first time.

Skills You Will Need

• 5 or more years experience in civil siteworks with at least 1 years experience in team management.
• Self-Motivation and be able to work unsupervised
• Must be able to complete final finish prep ready for sealing
• Minimum class 2 drivers licence
• Be a team player and have good communication skills
• Ability to complete a job to a high standard
• A good attitude towards Health and Safety
• Valid STMS or TMO Qualifications
