Motor Scraper Operators

A skilled scraper operator makes all the difference in our ‘Done Right’ approach to delivering large-scale bulk earthworks projects.

As one of our Motor Scraper Operators, your primary focus will be operating scrapers on bulk earthworks and major land development projects. You’ll be moving volume efficiently, working to levels using Leica Machine Control, and playing a key role in keeping production on track.

While scrapers are your main seat, you’ll also bring solid experience operating other machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and graders. Our projects range from subdivisions and bulk cut-to-fill operations through to large civil siteworks - no two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work area and get the job done right.

Skills You Will Need

• Proven experience operating motor scrapers on bulk earthworks projects
• Strong production-based earthmoving knowledge
• Experience operating excavators, bulldozers, and graders
• WTR endorsements essential
• Ability to work safely and unsupervised
• A team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Pride in completing work to a high standard
• Commitment to health and safety
