About the Job

We are looking for siteworks laborer's to join our team; you will be part of a team working on various earthmoving and civil siteworks projects throughout Mid Canterbury.

As a labourer, you will play a key role in our 'Done Right' approach to projects - big or small. Earthworks and Civil Siteworks projects will include subdivisions, foundations, site preparation, driveways, carparks, land clearing, irrigation, along with service installation, entranceways and much more.

Understanding our clients' needs, you and the team will help deliver the right outcome first time.

Skills You Will Need

• Some experience working on and around heavy machinery.
• Some experience working on construction sites.
• A drivers license is helpful but not essential.
• Self-Motivation and be able to work unsupervised.
• Be a team player and have good communication skills
• Ability to complete a job to a high standard.
• A good attitude towards Health and Safety.
• Training and licensing will be provided to the right candidate (e.g. class 2, WTR licence endorsements)
