Background

Tarbotton Land & Civil worked with the Christchurch WSP team to transform 13 hectares of arable farmland on the west side of Tinwald, Ashburton into a prestigious 66 lot residential subdivision. The subdivision includes 18 lifestyle lots which range from 5,500 sqm to 3,500 sqm and 48 lots with an average size of 775 sqm. This subdivision features 1 stormwater retention pond, 600 meters of roadings, 1.5 km of kerb and channel, 600 meters of asphalted footpaths, 1 roundabout and 5 right of ways, along with grass swales down the roadside and right of ways. Tarbotton Land & Civil installed the water reticulation system, sewer connections, power and fibre to all lots, along with a large sewer pump station.
